The Jackman-Moose River Region is a year-round natural “playground” for all ages known for its waterways and woods. Enjoy Maine the way it should be, and experience the pleasure of a small town with over 250,000 acres of woodlands. Each season has something to offer for everyone!

In the summer, take a sunset boat, kayak, or canoe ride, swim in the streams or lakes, fish, ATV, hike or bike our many trails to see scenic vistas and wildlife.

In the fall, take the back roads and enjoy some local color, hunt for trophy animals and game, capture wildlife and scenery with your camera, or enjoy a hearty dinner in the area.

Winter brings ice fishing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and cozy fire-side meals.
